You will need two wide mouth bowls and 2 baking sheets (you can use only 1 if you stagger baking times).
Ingredients for Gluten Free Zucchini Fries
- Zucchini – This recipe uses about 4 medium zucchinis.
- Kibo Lentil Chips – You’ll need about 2 bags, or 1 cup of crushed chips for this recipe. You can use a food processor to chop up. the chips or simply place in a plastic bag and hit with a rolling pin until crushed into fine crumbs.
- Grated Parmesan – Use pre-grated parmesan to make this recipe extra quick or grate your own.
- Italian Seasoning – Your favorite brand will do!
- Salt & Pepper
What should I serve these Gluten Free Zucchini Fries with?
I recommend dipping them in your favorite marinara sauce (I highly recommend Raos Marinara). They would also be great dipped in lemon garlic aioli, ranch dressing or a creamy balsamic dip. Really the sky’s the limit!
