Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I am the woman behind The Jam Jar Kitchen. While I do love making preserves, chutneys pickles and ferments (and hence have a kitchen full of jam jars) I also love developing fun fresh recipes for my family and yours. In an imperfect attempt to cater to various diets and eating plans, I have done my best to specifically label each recipe that is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Keto, Whole30 and/or Paleo compliant, and offer modifications to make recipes compliant where I can.
