Bring 2 cups of water to full rolling boil in a kettle or a pan on the stove.Remove from the heat and add in 2-3 tea bags. Steep tea for the instructed time (on the tea box), typically around 5 minutes.Once the tea has steeped remove the bags from the water.Immediately add 2 cups of sugar to the hot water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. It may take a minute.Transfer the simple syrup to a glass storage jar. Put on a lid and store in the fridge for up to one month.Add to cocktails, lattes or anything else in need of a sweet twist. Enjoy!
