Wash the strawberries and basil leaves. Remove the strawberry stems then slice. Roll the basil leaves and thinnly slice. Set aside. Slice the ball of mozzarella and arrange the slices on a platter or a couple of serving plates. Place the strawberry slices on top of the mozzarella in a single layer. Then drizzle with good quality extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Then sprinkle basil over the top. Serve and enjoy!
