8slicesdeli ham
6-8slicescheddar cheese, cut into ⅓rds
dijon mustard
1tbspbutter, melted
½tspItalian seasoning
¼tspgarlic powder
½tsppoppy seedsoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Take the crescent rolls out of the package and the lay flat on a cutting board. Add a dab of dijon to eat roll. Then layer on 1 slice of ham per roll followed by 2 strips of cheese. (see photos above)Beginning at the widest end, roll up crescent roll encasing the ham and cheese. Place at least 2 inches apart on a baking sheet (you can line with parchment paper if desired).
In a small bowl combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder and mix to combine. Brush a little of the butter mixture on top of each crescent roll and then top with a sprinkle of poppy seeds (if desired).
Bake at 375 degrees F for 13-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
