Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam or another flavor of your choice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Can substitute coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup oat bran
  • ½ cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
    In a medium sized microwave safe bowl combine peanut butter, strawberry jam, olive oil, honey and vanilla extract.
    Microwave for around 30 seconds then stir until well combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl add oats, oat bran, peanuts and raisins. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
    Then pour the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread out.
    Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes. Then stir the mixture around and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar or container.
