Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola

- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup strawberry jam or another flavor of your choice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil Can substitute coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup oat bran
- ½ cup salted peanuts, chopped
- ½ cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium sized microwave safe bowl combine peanut butter, strawberry jam, olive oil, honey and vanilla extract. Microwave for around 30 seconds then stir until well combined. In a large mixing bowl add oats, oat bran, peanuts and raisins. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined. Then pour the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread out. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes. Then stir the mixture around and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar or container. Enjoy!
