Using preserves in cocktails not only provides sweetness but a fun depth of flavor. Try out these whiskey sours using meyer lemon marmalade and you won't be disapointed!

1egg white
2lemon wedges
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with NO ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20-30 seconds.
Pour into 2 ice filled glasses and garnish with lemon wedge or lemon twist. Enjoy!
Notes
*Note* If you like a little bit of the marmalade zest/pith in your drink (I certainly do) you may need to take the strainer off and pour into the glasses directly.Â
