- 1 cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk or your preferred brand of paleo compliant almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- ¼ oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup add more or less according to taste
- pinch of cinnamon optional
- pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.Cook on medium low to medium heat for 3-5 minutes whisking continuously. Allow the mixture to get hot but do not boil.When the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are fully combined remove from the stove and pour into a mug. Enjoy!
