Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz wheel of brie
  • ½ cup raspberry jam
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
    Place the brie in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Using a sharp knife, gently score the top of the brie about ½ inch deep, being careful not to cut all the way through.
    Spread the jam evenly over the top of the brie. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and fresh rosemary.
    Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the brie is warm and melty and the nuts are lightly toasted.
    Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
