Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Gin
  • 6 oz Premium Indian Tonic I recommend Fitch & Leedes
  • 2 oz Simple syrup 1:1 ratio
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup sliced English (or hothouse) cucumber about 2 oz
  • bitters, a few dashes
  • 3.5 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    *Note* You may want to give the drink a stir in the middle of the blending process to ensure it comes out nice and smooth.
