4th of July Mocktail

This fun and patriotic mocktail is perfect for 4th of July! Using naturally red, white and blue ingredients, there are no artificial colors or dyes in this recipe, making it a drink you can feel great about serving to your family!

Ingredients
  

  • cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup simple syrup, 1:1 If using 2:1 simple syrup cut amount in half (this means 2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups Club soda or Seltzer water Topo Chico also works
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries quartered

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a serving pitcher to release flavor and aroma.
    Add honey, simple syrup, lemon juice and lime juice. Stir until well incorporated.
    Add club soda and stir.
    Add blueberries and strawberries.
  • Serve in glass filled with ice and garnish with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
