This fresh and colorful strawberry caprese salad combines sweet strawberries, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a simple, stunning side dish perfect for summer!

I have a confession to make: as much as I've tried over the years, I just don't love raw tomatoes. Cooked, sun-dried, in salsa or sauces? Absolutely! But served raw and sliced? It's just not for me.

What I do love is mozzarella, fresh basil, a good balsamic drizzle, and sweet strawberries. And as it turns out, you don't actually need tomatoes to make an incredible caprese salad.

This strawberry caprese is everything you want in a summer dish. It's insanely fresh, bright, and comes together in just a few minutes. It's the perfect quick lunch, an easy starter for dinner with friends, or a snack to enjoy with a glass of wine out on the patio.

If you're looking for something simple, stunning, and a little unexpected, this is the recipe you need to try. I hope you love it as much as I do!

No tomatoes needed: Perfect if you're not a fan of raw tomatoes (or just want something different!).

Ready in minutes: You can throw it together in under 10 minutes.

Perfect for warm weather: Light, refreshing, and made for patio season.

Versatile: Great as a quick lunch, a fancy starter, or a beautiful addition to a summer spread.

Crowd-pleaser: Looks fancy, tastes amazing - and you don't even have to turn on the oven.
