The Jam Jar Kitchen is a food and recipe blog dedicated to developing and sharing fresh, easy-to-make recipes focusing on clean, healthy ingredients with a few worthy exceptions.
Life is about balance. That’s why we include a variety of recipes ranging from healthy every day meals and snacks, to more indulgent, special occasion treats.
We also categorize our recipes as being Whole30, Paleo, Keto, gluten-free and dairy-free for those with dietary restrictions or people who following a specific eating plan, and offer modification options to recipes where we can to make them compliant.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth.
Hi! My name is Elizabeth Jordan-Flight and I am the woman behind The Jam Jar Kitchen. I believe that healthy, delicious home-cooked food is one of life’s greatest pleasures and I hope you enjoy my fresh and fun recipes and tips.
I live in my hometown of Arlington, Texas with my British-born husband Tom and our two littles, Arlo & Lila. I am also the Founder and Executive Director of Preserve International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting food waste, hunger and poverty through the provision of innovative rurally-minded food preservation technology and training to small-scale farmers in East Africa.
