    Equipment

    • Mixing bowl
    • Measuring cups
    • Parchment lined sheet pan

    Ingredients

    • Greek yogurt: I recommend using high quality, full fat yogurt. It definitely makes a difference in flavor and texture.
    • Honey
    • Fruit spread or jam: I recommend St. Dalfour Fruit Spreads. They contain no added sugar and have several different flavors. But your favorite jam or preserve will do.
    • Granola: I like using Cascadian Farms Oats & Honey Granola but your favorite brand will do.
    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries

    Recipe FAQs

Can I use low fat yogurt instead of full fat?

While I prefer the flavor and texture of full fat yogurt you can substitute with low fat or non fat yogurt if you prefer?

Do I need to use plain yogurt or can I use flavored yogurt?

You can totally use flavored yogurt if you prefer. However, if it is already sweetened then you may want to leave out the honey and reduce the jam used.

What are some other toppings I could add?

You can really get creative with this frozen yogurt bark recipe. Feel free to use different jam or fruit spread flavors, types of granola or fruit according to preference.

How long does frozen yogurt bark last in the freezer?

Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. I recommend layering parchment between pieces to keep them from sticking together.

Why is my frozen yogurt bark icy or too hard to bite?

This can happen when you use low-fat or high-moisture yogurt. Stick to full-fat varieties for a creamier texture and let it sit at room temp for a couple minutes before serving.

Can I make this dairy free?

Yes! Just use your favorite thick, non-dairy yogurt and check that all your toppings are dairy-free. Coconut yogurt works especially well.
