Ingredients:
- Baguette: One large baguette works great!
- Olive oil: I love Graza olive oil.
- Goats cheese: Plain goat cheese works great for this recipe. I've also used an orange and honey infused goat cheese and it was delicious too.
- Balsamic fig jam: I love the tang of Balsamic fig jam but you can use regular fig jam or preserves and just add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Prosciutto: Quality matters in this dish. I really love Prosciutto de Carpegna, but Applegate or Salumi Italiani Prosciutto is also great. Or you can ask your butcher what their favorite is and have it sliced fresh.
- Fresh basil: I highly recommend using fresh basil.
